1. Scented Candles
Why? They help you to relax & improve your mood.
Candles at bedtime create a calming ambiance. The soft glow of candlelight helps to reduce the stress of the day, telling your body that it’s time to unwind. Some scents like jasmine and lavender can truly improve your mood and lead to a better night's rest.
 2. Silk (or Satin) Bedding, Bonnets & Sleepwear
Why? They help to reduce the look of fine lines on your face & prevent hair breakage.
Silk and satin offer many benefits, including a luxurious feel on your skin, as well as temperature regulation. This type of bedding and sleepwear keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The smooth fabric also reduces friction, thus promoting healthier skin. Likewise, satin bonnets work in the same way to prevent hair breakage. Overall, silk and satin are beautifully elegant, and will add a touch of sophistication to your bedtime routine.
3. Journaling
Why? Helps with self reflection & promotes emotional clarity
Did you have a lot happen today? Journaling before bed is the perfect way to self-reflect and process your feelings. Just think- if you found a particular experience upsetting or worrying, you can get it all out on paper to clear your mind. Alternatively, you can use journaling to reflect on your positive experiences and note down your dreams and aspirations. Writing is a great way to improve your overall well-being.
 4. Essential Oils
Why?  They help you to relieve stress & put you in a calmer mood
Essential oils at bedtime can significantly enhance sleep quality. Scents like lavender and chamomile promote calmness and reduce anxiety, making it easier for you to drift off. They can also create a soothing atmosphere in your bedroom. Incorporating essential oils into your nighttime routine can transform it into a truly tranquil experience.
5. Tea
Why? Calms your mind & helps you to relax
Drinking tea before bedtime offers several benefits. Herbal teas, like chamomile and valerian root, can calm the mind and help you to destress. Additionally, they help hydrate the body, making it easier to unwind, leading to a more rejuvenating night's sleep.
 6. A Light Scent
Why? Improves your mood & helps to calm you
Wearing a light scent to bed can enhance relaxation and improve sleep quality. Soft fragrances like jasmine or rose body sprays create a soothing feeling, helping to improve your overall mood.
7. A Sleep Mask
Why? They block light & help you to get a more restful sleep.
A satin sleep mask is a must-have for any feminine bedroom. The benefits include reducing friction on your skin to prevent wrinkles, maintaining moisture on your face, and blocking out light to enhance sleep quality.
8. A Good Book
Why? Takes you to another place & distracts your mind
Reading before bed is a great way to quiet your mind, taking it off the day's cares. Additionally, reading enhances knowledge, making it a productive bedtime habit.

Whichever of these treats you decide to indulge in, the main thing to remember is do what feels right for you and don't force it. For me, silk/ satin pjs, scented candles, and a good book are must haves.  My best advice is to test each suggestion over time and keep doing the ones that make you feel good. Either way, you can look forward to a mood boost that will help you to leave the day's worries behind and enjoy your night's rest.💕
